What is canva?

Canva is a tool that can create many types of content like banners & social media marketing campaign.

It has easy to use functionality, user friendly that anyone can create variety of engaging contents.

As you can see below, Canva offers variety of content types. From pre-sized social media image, header templates to marketing materials, business cards, posters, documents, presentations, invitations and ads, you’ll find almost everything you need.

They also introduced templates for both Ebooks & Resume.

Canva also offers Drag & drop option, this feature makes it easy to discover images & element. You can choose the ones that you like.

There are also free & paid photo that you can use. There is also a photo editing tools that can enhance or add filter to the images.

When it comes to price, you can’t go wrong with Canva because it’s free! You read that right, you can use every Canva template for free.

The only time you’ll need to pay is when you use one or more of the premium images that they sell for the low price of $1 per image. Don’t want to pay? No problem! They offer tons of free images to use as well.

How to use Madmimi WordPress Landing Page

Madmimi is the easiest way to create, send, share and track newsletters online.  In this tutorial I will show how to use Madmimi webform & embed it to your wordpress premise opt-in page.  Landing page is the page that you land on after you click any LINK!

This page is essential, it allows customer to give permission for you to send them e-mail, news and other messages. Your opt-in page url will include to your blog, e-mails, newsletters to catch e-mail addresses of customers, fans & readers.

Madmimi will collect email addresses with first name for you. In time you will have a vault of e-mail addresses of people whom you can sell your products to.  People have emails collect them always.

Do you want to know how many people visited on your website? Do you know where they came from?

Even with web analytics tools, you don’t have all the tools necessary to get started tracking analytics related to social media. Why not add some more tools to your inventory that track detailed social metrics?

Would you like to know how they landed in your website? Did they see it in facebook or another website? or from the email link that you sent them?

If you want to do that go to bit.ly. When you use a URL shortener, it’s always a smart idea to use one that has analytics information, like Bit.ly. This will track information like number of clicks, traffic sources, and even at what time clicks occur.

Part 1 – How to create membership site using Premise 2 (Create Check-out page)

In this tutorial I will show you how to use wordpress premise 2 to create check-out page. Premise 2.1 is a complete digital sales and marketing system for wordpress. Marketers and business owners interested in optimizing their usage of WordPress. This software contains all of the features that users love about Premise plus new content that helps make building websites even easier. Premise software is a lead generation engine that enhances WordPress. It helps users with creating, testing and optimizing landing pages within the WordPress interface. In this tutorial I will teach you how to create check-out page that is necessary when you are selling or offering a product.

How to use Time & Date

The next tutorial is useful and significant application for time and date conversion. It is free, easy to use and unneeded to download the application. It has substantial tools such as event time announcer, calendar, moon/sun calculator, time zone converter etc..

The most significant purpose of this application is the time zone converter. It is not only for virtual assistants and clients, this application can also use for our personal task. You can simply use this application if you would like to know the time zone of your friends or clients from foreign country. Time and Date will specify location, local time, time zone and UTC offset.

You will encounter some abbreviations such as UTC, CET, PHT, DST and GMT.

  • UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the basis for civil time in many places worldwide. It is also the time system used in aviation and is informally known as Zulu Time to avoid confusion with time zones and daylight Saving time.
  • CET (Central European Time) it is 1 hour ahead of UTC
  • PHT (Philippine Time) it is 8 hours ahead of UTC
  • GMT (Greenwhich Mean Time) is in the same time zone as UTC but some places observe daylight saving time/summer time (DST)
  • DST (Daylight Saving Time) is a way of making better use of the daylight by setting the clock forward one hour during the long days of summer and back again in the fall.

EASYTIME TRACKING

Our income is very important to us. Employees, Virtual assistants and entrepreneurs determine their financial gain through their income. It is significant for every individual that they are receiving the right amount to compensate their work. Many companies use time clock or bundy clock to find out if their employees are working on time. Some companies are using computerized time logger which automatically calculate hours of work. Free lancers may use application or tool to track free lance time.

My next tool to present is billing software. There are clients that will prefer to track every minute of work. The reason is they want to make sure that they are getting what they paid for. This tool can also provide statistics on how spends their time. It has multi user support, example the manager can login as administrator and subordinates as the limited access users. The manager can view each task, re-use task and project template. Data are protected, it has a secure login mechanism to protect user account from unauthorized access.

How to use Audacity

Web presentations, academic reports and business presentations can be made with voice recordings. Using different software products and tools we can attach voice recordings in the presentation. The presentation will be more concise and interactive. While playing the presentation, the voice recording is simultaneously explaining the details and information. It is better way of conveying your thoughts and ideas.

Audacity is open source software for recording and editing. This software is free of use, it is consist of essential tools to edit recordings. This software can edit the speed, pitch of the tracks, incorporate fade ins/out and add effect. My friend conducted healthcare seminar, to record the conversation during the event I suggested to use Audacity. Afterwards we edit the recordings to remove extraneous sounds. Audacity can also import existing audio file and play, it can export to MP3 or other audio file and burn to CD. Audacity has manual guide for new users. It is easy to learn and free of cost, try it now.
